Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in Commercial Lines processing.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment after onboarding.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Nice To Haves
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of commercial insurance accounts with policy sizes up to $100,000.
- Perform comprehensive processing tasks, including Certificates of Insurance, billing, endorsements, and renewals.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software for all processing and account management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members across two office locations to ensure seamless operations.
