About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Placement Specialist to join a dynamic team specializing in commercial lines. As a Placement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in marketing, quoting, and binding new business while serving as a liaison between member agents and insurance carriers. This role offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, a quarterly incentive bonus, and an annual bonus based on company revenue goals. The position also includes a comprehensive benefits package with health insurance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines, with multi-line expertise.
- Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
Nice To Haves
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred.
