About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The role is suited to a professional with a strong commercial lines background, particularly in property and hospitality. The successful candidate will work closely with the company owner and leadership team, initially managing a smaller book of business, with the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role. The position is onsite during training and follows a hybrid work model thereafter. The salary range is $75,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience, with profit sharing and a performance-based bonus of 5–10%. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
At least 3 years of commercial lines account management experience.
Strong expertise in property and hospitality accounts.
Ambitious and eager to grow professionally.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Adaptable and willing to learn.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Epic software.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with accounts ranging from $20,000 to $1.5 million in premium size.
Handle renewals, marketing, and presentations for commercial lines accounts.
Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to grow the book of business.
Assist in quoting new and renewal business, with an initial focus on renewals.
Develop skills to transition into an Account Executive role, including assisting in closing deals.
Use Epic software for account management and documentation.
