Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and dynamic environment with a focus on managing a construction-heavy book of business. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in the insurance industry.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction insurance sector
• Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work on-site in Fresno, with potential for a hybrid schedule (remote work on Mondays and Fridays)

Responsibilities

• Manage a construction-heavy book of business, providing exceptional service to clients
• Handle daily servicing tasks, including certificates, endorsements, quoting, and renewals
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Utilize AMS360 agency management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries and requests
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
