Commercial Insurance Account Manager
About The Position
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join a team. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on serving clients in the farm/agriculture, dairy, and contractor industries. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented professional with a strong background in marketing and account management, ready to contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Compensation Package Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or account management, preferably with exposure to farm/agriculture and related industries.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive ("go-getter" attitude).
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee renewals, marketing efforts, and new business development.
- Handle a book of business with $1.2M in revenue, including accounts ranging from $25K to $250K in premium.
- Work on small to mid-market accounts, primarily in the farm/agriculture, dairy, and contractor industries.
- Quote new and renewal business as needed.
- Collaborate with assistants and account managers to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations.
