Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Loss Control risk assessment, including experience in quality review workflow management and team leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance coverages.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Sitting at a desk, working on a computer up to 8 hours a day

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications (CSP, OHST, ALCM, ARM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Quality: Lead quality assurance activities for assigned clients, ensuring our reports meet the highest quality standards. You'll create, implement, and monitor quality standards, conduct audits, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage and Mentor: Guide and support a team of Independent Quality Assurance Representatives (ICQAs), fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Become an Expert: Develop deep expertise in client-specific requirements and industry best practices, serving as a knowledgeable resource for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive Improvement: Analyze performance data, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop training materials and optimize processes.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, field representatives, and ICQAs. You'll be a trusted partner, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Embrace Technology: Proficiently utilize our risk assessment management platform to track and manage the survey review process. Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to optimize efficiency.
