Job Description: As a Commercial Inside Sales Representative at Liberty Mutual, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound calls from both new and existing customers and agents seeking commercial insurance solutions. You'll gather key information during each call to craft tailored insurance proposals that meet the unique needs of every client. This role involves spending a significant portion of the day on the phone, managing high call volumes while efficiently balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualified applicants will reside within 50 miles of our Liberty Lake, WA office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, or insurance.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking, including effective communication and typing while engaging with customers.
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Ability to obtain required resident and non-resident insurance licenses.
  • Availability to work during Licensed Sales Center operating hours.
