About The Position

We invite you to apply to our Inside Sales opening. As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll grow the customer base and drive branch profitability by building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering value-added plumbing solutions that meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a 90%+ customer satisfaction score. You’ll engage customers through proactive outreach, accurate quoting, and timely follow-ups to ensure project success and repeat business.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management in a wholesale distribution, plumbing supply, or construction-related industry.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems - Eclipse
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Attendance – Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.
  • Physical Capacities – Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.
  • Operation of Office Equipment — Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
