The Service Technician will work independently or as part of a team, responsible for the installation, startup, troubleshooting, commissioning, and servicing of commercial HVACR equipment, systems, and units. This role involves serving existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems. The technician will establish service by studying system requirements, ordering parts, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests. Maintaining customer rapport, ensuring personal equipment operates correctly, documenting service actions, maintaining confidentiality, updating job knowledge, and accomplishing organizational missions are also key aspects. The technician will follow and perform other instructions and related duties as set forth by management.
