About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, demonstrating a strong ability to diagnose and repair various HVAC issues. This role requires a hands-on approach to service and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role with a strong background in field service operations.
• Proficiency in working with various HVAC systems including refrigerate units, air conditioning systems, and heating equipment.
• Ability to operate as a mechanic in diagnosing mechanical issues effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for van driving responsibilities associated with service calls.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in high-pressure situations.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with plumbing systems is advantageous for integrated system repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot system malfunctions effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems within properties.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and any necessary follow-up actions required.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
