About The Position
Ultrapure is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead day-to-day Commercial & Industrial (C&I) operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in service, delivery, or related operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing multiple functions or teams preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, workload, and overall team performance
- Ensure productivity, quality control, and adherence to safety standards
- Manage KPIs, staffing levels, scheduling, and overtime
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues and operational challenges
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop C&I team members
- Conduct performance management, coaching, and annual reviews
- Partner with leadership to improve processes and control costs
- Manage routing efficiency, equipment utilization, and inventory
- Support safety compliance, job hazard analysis, and incident reporting
- Build a strong, engaged team culture and represent the Culligan brand locally
