The Auto Finance Commercial and Indirect Sales Support, located in Dallas, Texas, provides Simply the Best customer service at all times to our dealer partners and internal sales staff. This role is responsible for the day-to-day activities and interaction between the dealer client and Huntington, including the establishment, documentation, and maintenance and servicing of the dealer relationship. The position fosters and develops internal and external relationships, advises and counsels on bank products and services, and is responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, and resolving complex problems with accounts. Additionally, the role assists the sales function or an officer by processing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation, including financial statements, and compiles information, composes presentations and/or memos, and prepares other correspondence. The position also maintains up-to-date knowledge on products, services, departmental systems, and related technology, and may train others. Routine decisions may be made in the absence of an officer. The role is classified as Exempt, meaning not eligible for overtime pay.
