In this position, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of the project life cycle with responsibility for the client journey through the implementation of new clients in Commercial Bank, supporting Treasury Management onboarding efforts across the entire Commercial footprint which includes set up of programs and any design. In this role, you will partner with Relationship Managers (RM), Treasury Management Officer (TMO), Commercial Service Specialists (CSS) and Commercial Account Specialist (CAS) to ensure seamless client onboarding journey. The Commercial Implementation Specialist is responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects with regular updates and reporting to senior level associates. This position is responsible for managing the overall development & deployment with each client including maintaining all Commercial Implementation project plans, compiling issues, and ensuring updates to the plans are documented. This position will work closely with sales and product teams to secure necessary resources to implement products for both new and existing clients in a timely manner. You will have the responsibility of working with the Client, Sales team, and IT to ensure approved projects stay on task and within scope. During implementation this position will be the central interface between UMB and the customer, coordinating project tasks or any client-specific customizations that may be requested.
