About The Position

Energy Savers is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of commercial systems, delivering expert diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs that keep our customers’ businesses running efficiently.

Requirements

3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities across a range of systems
EPA Certification required
Experience with controls/BAS systems preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
Comfortable working on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather conditions
Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and chillers
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and peak performance
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Work with building automation systems (BAS) and controls as applicable
Communicate clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams
Provide detailed service documentation, recommendations, and estimates
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
