About The Position

Lee Company is seeking Commercial HVAC Technicians to join their team in Middle Tennessee. Opportunities are available in Maintenance, Service, or Install roles, offering both site-based and truck-based positions. Technicians will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various commercial HVAC equipment, including Boilers, Chillers, Commercial HVAC units (1-25 tons and 25-80 tons), DOAS Equipment, Water Source Equipment, Commercial Refrigeration, Cooling Towers, and VRF Equipment.
