We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial facilities while working directly with clients to ensure their systems run efficiently, reliably, and safely. Requirements

Skilled in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
Ability to work directly with clients to ensure systems run efficiently, reliably, and safely.
Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.
Experience in performing preventive maintenance.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
Capability to recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions.
Skill in responding promptly to service calls and emergency requests.
Ability to collaborate with clients to assess needs and provide professional, reliable service.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate service records including parts, labor, and recommendations.
Knowledge of all safety protocols and regulations.
Commitment to staying up to date with industry trends and new technologies.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; recommend cost-effective repair or replacement solutions.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests.
