About The Position
Weather Engineers, Inc. is hiring hands-on problem solvers with sharp diagnostic and repair skills to become full-time Commercial HVAC Service Technicians! We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician capable of independently running larger commercial service and repair jobs, with occasional light residential and smaller commercial service work as needed. Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial service minimum
- 2+ years of experience managing a work truck
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school education
- Valid and clean state driver's license
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
- Residential experience only will not meet the primary requirements of this role.
Responsibilities
- Expertly repair heating and cooling systems, seamlessly connect all the components, and ensure everything operates at peak performance.
- Complete accurate, high-quality repairs and maintenance for clients' heating and air conditioning systems.
- Work on residential and commercial equipment, inspect systems, diagnose the root cause of issues, and perform the appropriate services.
- Provide great customer service and comply with all building codes and quality standards.
