About The Position

Control Service Center, Inc. is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician. The ideal candidate would have experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers and DDC controls. We are seeking someone who wants to work in a team atmosphere and utilize their skillset and experience in aiding and training others. We are a family owned commercial HVAC contractor serving Boulder County since 1981. The majority of our portfolio is commercial office and retail buildings. We do not service any low temperature equipment which keeps our after hours calls to a minimum. We have a laid back family atmosphere with an emphasis on building and maintaining long term relationships with clients and employees. Our services include; Preventive maintenance, Service and repair, Controls retrofits (We are a Carrier authorized and trained Carrier Control Expert and do several Carrier Open conversions and instalations.), Equipment replacement and startup, Tenant finish, Ductwork fabrication. We provide the opportunity for hands on and classroom training in all aspects of the industry including but not limited to control retrofits, VRF service and installation, hydronics and more.

Requirements

  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing a variety of commercial HVAC equipment, including packaged rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers and DDC controls.
  • Skilled HVAC technician

  • Experience with Carrier controls
  • Experience with VRF service and installation
  • Experience with hydronics
