About The Position

We’re looking for an A+ Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Cincinnati team! Perfection Group is an industry leader in HVAC service, facility optimization, and energy solutions. This role involves servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, collaborating with dispatch, responding to emergency calls, and mentoring junior technicians.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Leadership skills & a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Service & maintain HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, splits, heat pumps)
• Diagnose & troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and communicate with customers
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep systems running smoothly
• Work independently & collaborate with dispatch to ensure seamless service
• Respond to emergency calls on a rotating schedule
• Mentor and guide less-experienced technicians
