About The Position

ControlAir Systems is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to
support our Burlington-based team. This role focuses on service and repair of
RTUs, VRF systems, boilers, and related commercial equipment across a local
territory.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation (every 8–10 weeks)

Nice To Haves

• MA Refrigeration License preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Service and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for commercial customers
• Work on packaged RTUs, water source heat pumps, split systems, ductless systems, VRF/VRV systems, makeup air units, boilers, and more
• Utilize mobile dispatching tools to complete service reports and communicate with dispatch and management
• Work closely with Service Manager and Service Director to develop and expand technical skill set
• Maintain strong customer relationships with building engineers, property managers, and owners
• Follow company standards for workmanship, safety, and customer service
