We are looking for experienced commercial HVAC Service Technicians for Harrisburg and the surrounding areas who are looking for an exciting new career with an industry leader that’s been in the business for over 100 years. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to safely perform job duties, understand technical documentation, and interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with electrical schematics, refrigeration practices, and control circuits
  • Ability to work independently in the field
  • EPA certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to safely work from ladders, lifts, and rooftops

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
  • Service equipment including RTUs, split systems, refrigeration systems, VRFs, boilers, chillers, and VAV systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control circuits
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
  • Work safely and independently while maintaining high quality workmanship
  • Participate in an on-call rotation averaging only about 2–3 times per year
