Requirements
- Holds a Universal EPA Certification
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Ability to regularly lift 50–100 lbs.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on rooftops, and on ladders
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Applicants must provide a recent DMV Safe Driving Record demonstrating safe driving practices.

- 5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Remove and install HVAC parts and systems
- Efficiently troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical systems up to 50 tons
- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Prepare accurate repair estimates
- Educate customers on HVAC systems, repair options, and recommendations
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- Build positive relationships through clear, professional communication with customers
- Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards
- Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs
