About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in various settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R, property maintenance, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Requirements

MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE.
Proficient in HVAC/R systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
Strong understanding of plumbing systems related to HVAC applications.
Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.
Troubleshoot HVAC/R issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine system layout and installation requirements.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics.
Collaborate with team members on design and build projects for new installations or upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
