Requirements

Minimum 3 years commercial HVAC/R service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
Experience with refrigeration systems preferred
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and stay productive
Professional communication and customer service skills
Must be dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

Convenience store or restaurant equipment experience
Ice machines and frozen beverage equipment
EMS/control systems
Hot-side kitchen equipment knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Service RTUs, split systems, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and beverage equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls issues
Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch
Complete accurate service documentation and repair notes
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in the field
Participate in rotating after-hours on-call schedule
