We are seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs at commercial client locations. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial building systems, can troubleshoot independently, and takes pride in delivering quality service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial building maintenance experience.
- Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Candidates without commercial maintenance experience will not be considered.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial facilities.
- Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- Repair doors, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and other building components.
- Complete work orders accurately and communicate with customers professionally.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
