Requirements

3-5 years in light Commercial or Commercial HVAC installation and system replacement.
EPA Certification required.
Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
Lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background and drug checks.
Flexibility for overtime and regional travel (per diem: $55/day, lodging provided)

Responsibilities

Install and replace Commercial HVAC systems with precision and care.
Apply your expertise in electrical and mechanical components.
Perform pipefitting, brazing, and soldering for refrigerant piping.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges quickly and effectively.
Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication.
Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively with other professionals.
Stay current with evolving HVAC technologies and best practices.

Benefits

Competitive Pay: $25–$30/hour ($52,000–$62,400 annually based off a 40 Hr. work week) + OT when authorized by the Supervisor.
Per diem: $55/day + company lodging provided for regional travel.
