Requirements
- Masters, Journeyman, and Apprentice license, or relevant experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration field.
- Welding experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment, heating systems, and ventilation components.
- Perform installation of new equipment, ductwork, piping and wiring according to specifications and building codes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC/R systems, identify repair needs, and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure installations are completed accurately an on schedule.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC/R systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout the installation process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including installation reports, equipment specifications, and inventory records.
- Be able to travel outside of our main territory, including but not limited to overnights stays for certain projects.
- Provide excellent customer service, address client issues, and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Install replacement HVAC package units, build walk in boxes, run and braze copper pipe, install and start up all related systems.
