Requirements

• Technical experience in multiple BMS platforms (e.g. Niagara AX/N4, Distech, Honeywell).
• Ability to migrate communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
• Working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks communication protocols.
• Computer proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work well with team members and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 required.
• Electrical/Mechanical knowledge.
• One to three years of experience.

• Degree/ Certificates in related field

Responsibilities

• Implementing and programming preconfigured Direct Digital Controls (DDC) software.
• Assisting in completing point-to-point checkout and functional testing while documenting.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals.
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and digital equipment such as multimeters.
• Working in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 80 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service; the customer always comes first.
