About The Position

Lennox AES has immediate positions available for Apprentice Commercial HVAC installers. Apprentices travel nationally and work under the supervision of our Crew Leaders, typically on teams of 4 to 6 members. This role involves 60-70 hour work weeks. Apprentice applicants must have 1 year experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanic. They must be able to travel throughout the U.S. on 3 to 4 week deployment cycles, have knowledge of OSHA construction safety guidelines, and be willing to work overtime hours when required. The role also requires the ability to work in outdoor elements (roofs) in hot and cold weather conditions and the ability to read and comprehend company policies, procedures and job duties.

Requirements

1 year experience in the trade working under the direction/supervision of a Journeyman or Master HVAC mechanic
Knowledge of OSHA construction safety guidelines
Ability to travel 100% of the time
Valid Driver's License
High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Pass a National Background Check
Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
Pass a Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial HVAC equipment replacements including rooftop units, adapter curbs
HVAC electrical knowledge
Construction safety knowledge

Responsibilities
