About The Position

This is a physically active overnight position involving rooftop work, ladder climbing, pressure washing, and industrial cleaning of commercial kitchen exhaust systems. Our structured 30-60-90 day career path provides paid, hands-on training and advancement opportunities. Many employees complete each Specialist level, with an hourly increase, in as little as 30 days.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work overnight schedules consistently
• Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including ductwork, hoods, and exhaust fans
• Remove grease buildup using pressure washers and specialized cleaning equipment
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and inside commercial kitchen exhaust systems
• Travel to customer locations as part of a crew
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• Deliver professional, dependable service to our customers
