The Commercial Growth Representative is responsible for handling assigned Pace Analytical Services Accounts, financial targets for those accounts, and in-bound leads. This role focuses on maintaining revenue from existing assigned accounts to ensure that clients are well cared for, thereby reducing attrition. It also involves generating new revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing Pace's maintenance and strategic accounts. The representative will assess and qualify inbound leads generated from the website and marketing programs, potentially winning new business. This includes developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations. The role also involves creating new accounts/contacts from inbound programs and outbound research, logging all customer interactions, and staying updated on product knowledge through study and education. The representative will contribute to department and organization goals by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value, as well as contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's service by offering suggestions and participating as an active team member. Promoting and supporting the overall mission of Pace through courteous and cooperative behavior is also a key aspect of the role.
