Commercial Glazing Estimator (Nashville, Central/West Arkansas)

Requirements
- 6+ years experience in commercial glazing industry.
- Established customer base in Nashville or Central/West Arkansas region.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, addendums and project manual.
- Submit RFI's.
- Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs, especially for delegated design projects.
- Obtain competitive pricing from vendors and submit substitution requests.
- Complete accurate cost takeoffs and bid forms.
- Familiar with common bidding requirements (licensing, bonding, insurance, taxes, etc.)
- Identify prospective customers, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
- Understand the market that you serve, monitor market conditions and competitors’ products, prices and sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
