About The Position
We are a premier custom glass provider serving the greater Las Vegas area. We are looking for an experienced industry professional to take ownership of our commercial division and help scale our business. As our Commercial Glazing Estimator and Project Manager, you will be the primary driver of our commercial glass growth. From sourcing leads on "BuildingConnected" to overseeing final installation, you will ensure seamless project delivery. We are looking for a driven leader who is eager to step into full General Manager responsibilities in the future.
Requirements
- Verifiable commercial glass estimating and project management experience in the Las Vegas market.
- A proactive, scrappy startup mentality.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar construction field.
- A highly organized, detail oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
- Review blueprints using Bluebeam and WinBid Pro to provide accurate commercial glass estimates.
- Proactively network with general contractors to secure storefront and tenant improvement bids.
- Manage the full lifecycle of projects ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000.
- Maintain an active pipeline of $5 million in quarterly bids.
- Ensure all field teams meet quality and safety standards.
