The Overhead Door Company of Little Rock™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas, is a leader in the commercial door business. We are seeking Commercial Door Technicians. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, with experience troubleshooting and have good customer service skills. A valid driver's license is required with a good driving record. Experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, or dock levelers, or any similarly skilled trades in the commercial construction industry is a plus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently; the ability to bend, climb, and stand for an extended amount of time.
• 1 year of commercial door experience preferred
• Must be mechanically and technically inclined
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Nice To Haves

• Verifiable industry experience in commercial door or entry door systems
• Experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, dock levelers, or any similarly skilled trades in the commercial construction industry

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install, and perform maintenance requests on commercial door hardware.
• Identify opportunities to sell and quote products/services to customers.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that the job site is clean and clear of debris.
• Provide excellent customer service on every job.
• Other duties as assigned
