About The Position

Waste Connections is hiring a Commercial Frontload Driver in Miami, Florida. The driver operates a garbage truck on a specified route and provides safe, efficient, and courteous service to customers. The role involves regular heavy lifting and climbing in and out of the truck, as well as working outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a full-time, year-round position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed and approximately 50–60 hours per week. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL held for at least 1 year.
• At least 2 years of stable work history, with the most recent position as a CDL driver.
• Fewer than 2 incidents or moving violations on the MVR in the last 5 years.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates are preferred; fluency in both languages is not required.
• Previous front-load experience is preferred.
• Veterans are encouraged to apply.
