The Commercial Fleet Service Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and coordinating the resolution of customer conflicts in a manner that does not unduly compromise the customer’s interest, while maintaining appropriate attention to department profits. This role is also responsible for recruiting, supervising, and training team members. The position requires the ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with all dealership personnel, members of their team, and other employees in the department. Periodic, effective performance evaluations of all department personnel are required. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing talent, providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry.
