About The Position

Nielsen Ford of Morristown is seeking a Sales Representative to join its established Commercial Fleet Department. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers to sell products and services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, focused on customer acquisition, and dedicated to contributing to top-line revenue growth. The compensation includes a base pay rate of $800 per week plus commission.

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
  • Advanced skills in customer service, communicating, selling and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
  • Some computer knowledge needed
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell new and used vehicles
  • Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention
  • Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly goals
