About The Position
Roetzel & Andress invites a skilled Commercial Finance attorney to join our vibrant team in Chicago. You will work on engaging commercial loan and private equity transactions for leading national financial institutions. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions
- Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders
- Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service
- Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois
- Must pass a background check as a condition for employment
