We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Commercial Energy Auditor! In this role, you'll be an on-site representative for small business and commercial customers, verifying project installations while providing troubleshooting support and solutions. Successful candidates will reside in or around Philadelphia for frequent travel within the territory.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
  • Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Energy efficiency experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform energy verifications for small, less complex commercial buildings.
  • Record inspection results and customer interactions to meet program standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues per customer specifications.
  • Serve as an on-site representative, encouraging program participation while overcoming barriers
  • Travel within a defined territory (company vehicle provided, no overnight travel).
