This role is a key contributor to the Commercial Enablement team, driving strategic insight and innovative approaches to onboarding, training, and technology adoption across commercial functions. You will design and deliver role-based learning, assess performance metrics, and track adoption of enterprise tools to maximize efficiency and pipeline growth. Operating in a collaborative environment, you will synthesize data into actionable insights, create leadership-ready reports, and continuously optimize enablement programs. This position requires both analytical rigor and creative problem solving, as you identify gaps, implement solutions, and measure impact on commercial performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure that enablement programs align with business objectives. The role offers a balance of independence and collaboration, allowing you to directly influence commercial effectiveness and organizational growth.
