General Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive bi-lingual Supplier Enablement Specialist to join our team. The Supplier Enablement Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and engaging suppliers onto our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our services. This role requires strong communication skills, project management abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement, supplier management, or supplier enablement.
  • Strong understanding of supplier onboarding processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to present effectively to groups of varying sizes
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or background in payments and/or accounting is strongly recommended.
  • Proficiency in using supplier management or procurement software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute supplier enablement strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize suppliers for onboarding onto our platform.
  • Communicate with suppliers to explain the benefits of using our platform and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers to ensure successful integration and utilization of our services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and report on supplier onboarding progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and success.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and industry best practices related to supplier enablement, providing recommendations for improvement.
