About The Position
Controlled Combustion, a stable, 40-year-old full-service commercial heating company with over 150 employees in the NYC area, is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician. This role involves working under the guidance of the in-house Master Electrician and alongside experienced electricians to perform various electrical tasks for the 2500 buildings managed for clients.
Requirements
- At least 5-year experience in the Electrical Field (with commercial boiler controls/wiring is a plus but not required)
- OSHA Training
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Possess working knowledge of: Electrical Installations, Electrical Maintenance, Electrical Diagnostics/Troubleshooting, Electrical Repair, Bending Piping/Electrical Conduit, Construction Power Tools, Hand Tools, and Testing Equipment
Nice To Haves
- Commercial boiler controls/wiring experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform various electrical tasks to help maintain the 2500 buildings managed for clients.
- Work daily under the guidance of the in-house Master Electrician.
- Work side by side with one of our Experienced Electricians.
