About The Position

Skillforce is searching for experienced Journeyman Commercial and Industrial Electricians to join our growing team. We are gearing up for a busy year and have full-time, steady work on multiple commercial and industrial projects throughout the Baltimore area. We are looking for electricians who take pride in their craft and want to work with a company that values skill, safety, and teamwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial and industrial electrical experience
• Strong skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, and fixture installation
• Ability to read blueprints and properly set panels/boxes
• Your own hand tools and PPE
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise electrical installations
• Set panels, boxes, and install fixtures per project specs
• Pull wire, terminate, and run/bend EMT and rigid conduit
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
• Maintain top-tier workmanship and jobsite safety standards
