About The Position

Apollo Electrical Services is an electrical contracting firm that performs various electrical installations throughout the West Coast of Florida. We specialize in the healthcare market and have many years of experience working with AHCA. AES is dedicated to ensuring the safety of our employees, subcontractors, client, and the community. It is our top priority and responsibility to ensure that all our job sites are governed and maintained by the most rigorous safety standards and procedures. This role requires experienced electricians who can perform commercial, retail, and industrial installations. The ability to complete electrical installations per construction set of plans and per instruction from managers is essential. A clean driving record, ownership and maintenance of all standard trade tools, and excellent attendance and punctuality are mandatory. Strong communication, teamwork, and work ethic skills are also required.

Requirements

3+ years of electrical experience/Commercial or Industrial.
Valid driver's license.
Experience digging for laying pipes underground.
Working knowledge of installing electrical systems.
Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
Self-driven history and desire for advancement.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; must be able to dig trenches as needed.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in accordance with National Electric Code.
Perform jobs according to plans and specs.
Layout installation: bend, fit and install various types of conduits.
Run tests on electrical components to ensure a safe and effective installation.
Inspect electrical systems and equipment for any damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
