The Service Technician II will serve as a liaison between the customer and the Service Supervisor/Manager, and will be responsible for organizing and controlling the preparation and execution of electrical service work to meet the company's objectives of cost, quality, and equipment conservation. This position directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities per the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
