Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking experienced Drywall Finishing Subcontractors to support upcoming commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and multifamily projects throughout Indiana and surrounding markets.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in commercial drywall finishing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications
- Established crew capable of handling commercial project workloads
- Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
- Current General Liability Insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
- Ability to meet project schedules and maintain professional communication
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall installations
- Performing Level 4 and Level 5 finishes in accordance with project specifications
- Repairing and patching drywall as needed
- Maintaining a clean and professional work area
- Coordinating effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
- Completing projects safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations
- Adhering to all site-specific safety requirements and Jack Laurie Group standards
