About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Commercial Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role focuses on safe, timely, and accurate deliveries, customer service, and coordination with store teams and commercial accounts. Drivers also handle returns and pickups, process payments, follow safety and PPE requirements, maintain delivery vehicles, and stay informed about automotive products and promotions. A CDL is not required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and comply with AutoZone driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, offering clear and professional automotive advice and installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to support teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies.
• Stay current on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
