About The Position

AutoZone’s Commercial Driver delivers automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role focuses on safe, timely, and accurate deliveries, customer service, communication, and coordination with store personnel and commercial accounts. Drivers load and unload parts, collect returns and pickups, process payments, and follow company policies, PPE guidance, and fleet safety requirements. They also keep current on automotive products and promotions and maintain delivery vehicles by reporting issues promptly. No CDL is required.

The position requires applicants to be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, meet AutoZone driver safety requirements, have basic automotive-parts knowledge, and be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. A high school diploma or GED, bilingual Spanish-English communication skills, automotive retail experience, and a Hazmat endorsement are preferred. The position is part-time. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, provide clear and professional automotive advice, and offer installation services.
• Coordinate with store personnel and commercial accounts to support teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to make safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products using AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
