About The Position

AutoZone’s store teams provide customer service and automotive parts solutions while supporting store operations. As a part-time Commercial Driver, you will drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. The role also includes loading and unloading merchandise, collecting returns and parts, processing payments, maintaining delivery vehicles, and working with store personnel and commercial accounts. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and comply with AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, including clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to support teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver automotive parts safely and on time to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay informed about promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and promptly report issues.
