About The Position

AutoZone is hiring a part-time Commercial Driver to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers using company-provided vehicles. The role supports AutoZone’s store operations and customer service by making safe, accurate, and timely deliveries, providing professional automotive advice, and maintaining effective relationships with customers and store teams. No Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.

The driver loads and unloads parts according to route schedules, collects returns and cores, and picks up parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. The role also involves processing customer payments, following PPE and fleet safety policies, keeping current on products and promotions through AutoZone systems, and maintaining delivery vehicles and reporting issues. The position requires the ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and follow AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Must be able to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers; provide clear, professional automotive advice and offer installation services.
• Work with store personnel and commercial accounts to support collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals and following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to make safe, timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers.
• Load and unload parts accurately according to route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies.
• Process customer payments securely and according to company policies.
• Stay up to date on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems.
• Maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
